nice nice that looks like it took a lot of time kudos my boyfriend owns an uke and he really loved this picture too! he asked me to paint his but i'm afraid i might use the wrong materials and ruin his uke. so may i ask what medians you used? was it just regular paint? and just in case, what brand? >.< i hope i'm not overloading u w questions. and THANK YOU SO MUCH
Hi! I'm really glad you like it! The only tip I can give you is: be very patient! Paint each scale with care, and the overall effect will be worth it. And also, apply a dark layer of paint before painting the scales over it, that will give them more depth when the darker paint shows between the patches of green. Don't forget to tell me when you upload it, I want to see it!
Thanks! ^^ I used acrylic colours, and it sounds perfectly well. But its current owner doesn't take it out much in case it gets damaged... :-/ Even though it didn't seem to affect this ukulele, it is true that paint can ruin a wooden instrument, specially a delicate one... but I'm so eager to paint my violin!!! And I suck at it, so nobody would really notice the acoustic difference XD
